Why Good Karma?
We believe the good things in life should be genuinely good: honest in how they're grown, careful in how they're made and generous in how they're shared. Good Karma began with a simple idea. Bring the spices, teas and treats we grew up with to South African kitchens, and do it properly.
Our roots are in India, and so are many of our products. India is where we know the farms, the families and the harvests, and it's where our search for the good stuff always begins. From there we widen the net only when something truly earns its place.
Our kind of karma
Karma, to us, is simple: what you put in comes back. So we put in the effort. We buy from producers who are paid fairly, we pack with care, and we'd rather sell less of something exceptional than more of something ordinary.
Every order you place passes a little good karma on: to the growers who supply us, to the people you share a meal or a gift with, and back to you.
We're picky. So you don't have to be.
Every product in our range is tasted, tested and compared before it reaches the shelf. If it isn't fresh, fragrant and full of character, it doesn't make the cut. See what we look for.
