Delivery costs
- Free delivery on orders of R750 or more
- Standard delivery: [R__] for orders under R750

Delivery times
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day.
- Main centres: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may be longer over public holidays and in the December peak. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Gifts
Sending a gift? Add a message at checkout and we'll include a card. Prices are never included in gift parcels.
Chocolate and heat
In the warmer months we use insulated packaging for chocolate where possible. Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel, and refrigerate chocolate briefly if it's very warm on arrival.
Failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because no one was available after repeated attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
